ABOUT US
Danielle joined the firm of Redmond & Redmond (now Redmond, Redmond & Yokom) in 2001. Danielle is a Colorado native, but came to Michigan in 1988 to attend the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Danielle has been practicing in the Kalamazoo and Southwest Michigan area since 1991. Danielle joined the family firm to help round out the services offered. Danielle focuses her practice in the area of Probate and Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning, Charitable Giving and Estate Planning, which includes the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Medical Advocates.
Danielle is a frequent presenter on the topic of estate planning and has authored several estate planning articles. Danielle is a member of the Michigan and the Kalamazoo Bar Association.
Danielle has served on a variety of non-profit boards since she came to Kalamazoo. She is the former chair of the Friends of the Portage Senior Center, former Chair of the United Way Fund Development Initiave Committee, former board member of the Professional Advisors Committee at the Battle Creek Comminity Foundation, past President of Kalamazoo Women's Network. Danielle currently serves as a board member for the Society of Financial Service Professionals, board member at First Community Federal Credit Union, board member of Live From Kalamazoo and Campaign Cabinet member for Senior Services. Danielle has served as an Adjunct Faculty Member of Davenport University, where she has taught wills and trusts.
Over the years I have presented to several senior groups, business groups, unions and non-profit organizations on the topic of estate planning.
